Dear Team EWI,

EWI Capital aspires to be a leading international real estate Group delivering sustainable value to all stakeholders supported by a dedicated team of employees in Malaysia and other countries in which we operate.

Our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics plays an important role in how we conduct our business and act as responsible representatives of the Group. It sets out the principles we should all observe in order to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and honour in our dealings with each other and with external parties. This Code is therefore an integral part of our culture and the way we do business at EWI Capital.

As Directors and employees of EWI Capital, we are all responsible for safeguarding the business and reputation of the Group. This Code was formulated to assist us in this endeavour by providing clear guidelines on the principles of ethical conduct and business practices to be practiced throughout the Group. The noble aims of this Code will however only be achieved when every Director and employee embraces it wholeheartedly and commits to maintaining a consistency of behaviour and business conducts in accordance with the principles espoused by this Code.
