In the UK, EWI Capital first entered the market through the EcoWorld-Ballymore joint-venture, delivering three prime waterside residential projects in London: London City Island, Wardian London, and Embassy Gardens. These landmark projects are recognised for their architectural excellence, placemaking and seamless connectivity to key districts across the capital.

In 2018, the company launched EcoWorld London, further strengthening its presence in the UK mid-mainstream and the Build-to-Rent segments. Projects such as Third & Caird, Oxbow, and Verdo-Kew Bridge, combined lifestyle amenities with strategic accessibility, designed to meet the needs of modern urban communities.
